Totton and Eling locals, organisers and stakeholders are invited to this public community event hosted by Boost Totton and Eling, and supported by Totton and Eling Town Council. Every year we learn more about the climate and nature crisis, and what we can do to make our town more resilient to the changes ahead. This event is all about raising awareness and bringing local people together in positive action and hopeful conversation.
From 5.30pm-7pm we are hosting a family friendly event where you can come and do some fun creative activities, learn more about the local climate projects happening in and around our town, and enjoy a performace by Ri Baroche of a selection of songs from their comedy musical Call Me Mother Nature. There will be stalls and information from a number of organisations including Boost Totton & Eling, SoCAN, New Forest Water Watch, Greenpeace, Friends of the Earth, Greener Copythorne, New Forest Aquaponics and the Waterside Food Project.
